Introduction

When you use our Microsoft Power BI Visuals Optimus Hive Process & Task Miner Analyzer, this document will inform you of the personal and non-personal data that we may collect from you, as well as how we collect it, how we protect it, how we may share it, how you can access and change it, and how we may share it with others.

This document governs the privacy notice of Custom Visuals for Power BI (“Software”) provided by the Owner and distributed through Microsoft’s software (“Power BI”) and web marketplace (“Appsource”).

Definitions

Personal data – any information that relates to an identified or an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person. User – Someone who makes use of our software.

Information we collect

Through the use of the software that he provides, which users can obtain either directly from Power BI or from the Appsource repository, the Owner does not collect or make use of any personally identifiable information (PII).

Microsoft might give its stamp of approval to the software. In this particular scenario, it only receives data from the Power BI Service, and none of the data is transmitted to services provided by third parties. In the event that the Software is not certified, it may receive and send data that does not contain any personally identifiable information to third-party services in order to validate the user license. Within the AppSource listing, Certified Software can be immediately recognized by its accompanying images and text.
